ART AS THERAPY

Our inner world consists of images that get expressed in a variety of ways. In this workshop we are going to: 

* Feel resonances from our inner self through playback theatre and plastic art, and

   experience processing some basic emotional contents through these two different

   media
 

* Explore a new working space that opens the doors between the inside and the outside,

   the fast and the slow paces, and between the momentary mirroring act and the

   mirroring product that remains
 

* Touch on the points of contact, similarity and difference between playback theatre and

   art materials, and experience the mutual impact of these methods of expression and

   resonance

Maayan Levi
A clinical social worker, working with ASD children and their families in the Jerusalem "Mish'olim" art-therapy center. The performer and director of the "Tsalul" playback team, a group therapist and the graduate of the Israeli Institute of Psychotherapy through Playback Theatre". Working with the groups of mothers having children with special needs,  and with the IDF invalids' groups.

Anna Tseitlin
An art therapist working with young children ,teenagers and parents in the Ministry of Education and in private practice. The graduate of the Israeli Institute of Psychotherapy through Playback Theatre, working with groups of teachers in the "Meitar" regional special education center, as well as the groups of parents, therapists and new immigrants/bilinguals in the Paletta AT center that I recently founded.

Creating in the field of plastic art (painting, photography, clay work), took part in a number of personal and group exhibitions with the Unity Art association.
